The Riberebro Group launches Ayecue Fresh, its new line of fresh products

Ayecue Fresh arrives in the refrigerated food section with four cultivated mushroom and fungi references.

Mushrooms -whole and sliced- pleurotus and shiitake are the references with which Ayecue Fresh enters the market. The Riberebro Group`s new trademark produces cultivated mushrooms and fungi grown with state-of-the-art technology. These new products are controlled during the process of cultivation, rigorously maintaining their environmental needs, until they are packed in a modified atmosphere, on 200 and 500 gram trays. Their shelf life is over a week, which is outstanding for such a highly perishable product.
